BAJA CALIFORNIA 2.0 BY CALIFORNIA SCHOOL INC.
Welcome to our 2022 proposal to modernize our educational experiences for our schools, government, and businesses in the Mexican state of Baja California. For many years now, California School Inc. has advocated for a creative approach to our shared international border between the United States state of California and the Mexican state of Baja California.
To be sure, when we say Baja California, we also include the entire Mexican peninsula, which consists of two Mexican states of Baja California North and Baja California South.
It’s important to remember that these educational, economic, and engineering proposals are a work in progress. We’ll be adding more information soon!
Likewise, for the sake of clarity of purpose, ease of reading, comprehension, and publication, we will aspire to be as concise and precise in an essential outline document as possible whenever possible.
Therefore, here are the basic outlines of the who, what, where, when, why, and how to inspire public and academic discourse to realistically build together a more economically inclusive, healthier, safer, prosperous, and modern Baja California for our children, and their children.
The text outlines the essential elements for building a more economically inclusive, healthier, and safer Baja California. I’ve included an explanation of each component to provide context as well:
The Who: Anyone who lives or visits, lives, works, and studies in Baja California!
The What-This could include any project idea; it all depends on what you want to change about Baja California?
Where – For this part, let’s consider how much money has been allocated from local, national, and international sources to do something specific like building train stations, airports, or Internet connections projects where?
When? This summer, we need some action because other countries in Latin America may adopt and implement our plan somewhere other than Baja California after that date.
Why? Because Baja California, especially Baja California North, has a large young bilingual population. A young college-aged bilingual population is a perfect formula to establish a new college focused on teaching and learning Artificial Intelligence, computer programming, the Internet, robotics, and ecology, which in turn will complement the other projects outlined here, such as rail line construction, airship platforms, medical services, etc.
How? A well-educated, trained, and motivated bilingual workforce will be required above all else to promote, support, and expand the initiatives as outlined here of Baja California 2.0. Both Mexico and the United States will be encouraged to help fund our Baja California 2.0. However, if adequate funding by the federal government in both countries is not sufficient, local investments by local government and businesses will be sufficient.
In particular, Artificial Intelligence and robotics are constantly evolving rapidly. Therefore, it is imperative that colleges, universities, government officials, and industry leaders in business cooperate in adopting, test, and deploying our Baja California plan as soon as possible.
To reiterate, we’re living in a time where technology is evolving at an exponential rate.
This means that our education system also needs to evolve, and it needs to do so quickly. If we don’t prepare students for the future, they will be left behind when AI and robotics are integrated into every industry. That’s why we need your help immediately in sharing our plan with your family and friends to encourage the government, business leaders, and academia to adopt our Baja California plan.
Adopting this plan would mean that you are helping us create a better world for all people by preparing them with the skills necessary to succeed in the future economy. Finally, it would demonstrate your commitment to creating jobs through technological innovation while protecting workers from being displaced by automation technologies like robots or artificial intelligence programs.
Specific legal proposals need to be explained and proposed for the Baja California proposal to work. Baja California and the state of California in the USA share unique historical, economic, and cultural relations. Therefore, bold, creative, and mutually beneficial laws should be proposed to expedite, facilitate, and simplify what we call the California Trinity Accord.
The California Trinity Accord would be an international agreement between Mexico and the United States to allow the following
- All persons physically born in the states of California, Baja California North, and Baja California South would be granted a special visa called the California Trinity Visa valid for the person’s natural life.
- All persons holding the California Trinity Visa will be allowed to work, live, and study in any of the three Californias.
- Land in Baja California North and Baja California South can be purchased only by native-born Mexican persons born in Baja California North or Baja California South.
- California Trinity Visas can be suspended or revoked for certain violent crimes against children, felonies, and other crimes to be included later.
ASPIRE which stands for Artificial Science, also known as AI, Programming, Internet, Robotics, and Ecology will be a place of learning to master industry certification primarily for Artificial Sciences, computer programming, and robotics. The chosen location will be at the Plaza De Toros in Tijuana. The stadium will serve as a testing area for autonomous robotics. Shipping containers will be used to cost-effectively build the college. All electricity requirements will be produced by wind turbines, solar power, and Tesla battery packs.
Mexico’s transportation infrastructure has made it one of the most accessible countries in Latin America. The country is well connected with over 16,000 miles (32 km) worth of railway lines that go north to the United States as well south towards Guatemala and west toward the Pacific Ocean while eastward lies Gulf Of Mexico ocean which connects two sides through 52 border points between our neighbor across Strait Of Georgia; there are 59 international airports,16 seaports or docks. A future Tijuana Port for more miniature goods in sizes, such as technology-related items consisting of computer chips, robotic parts, and food products, would create local jobs and foster new technology manufacturing for the Tijuana area.
Tijuana to La Paz
A future train line from Tijuana to La Paz could create thousands of new and good-paying jobs for the local workforce in Baja California, reduce automobile traffic, improve air quality, and facilitate merging Baja California North and Baja California South as a single Mexican state. More on that later!
A safe, reliable, affordable, and eco-friendly rail line from Tijuana and Monterrey would benefit people, goods, and tourism.
Solar Farms in Baja California & Sonora
Northern Mexico has an abundance of heat, sunshine, and clear weather. As we envision the solar energy production plants, Sonora’s solar farms could theoretically help Baja California become nearly energy independent with renewable energy generation for electricity.
Medical Emergency Airship Landing Ports
Baja California has been a popular destination for many Americans for medical services. Having an affordable, safe, and scenic air transport system from the USA and Mexico, as proposed by California School Inc. would significantly expand the medical services and industry in Baja California to create more jobs, increase tourism visits to local businesses, and promote better cooperation between the USA and Mexico for medical school cooperation. The estimated time and cost of the trip from Tijuana to Los Angeles, with the above airship, will be $20 and 3 hours.
A new California cryptocurrency called the Californio in Spanish and Californian in English will co-exist with the American dollar and the Mexican peso as a legal form to purchase goods and services.
More information is coming soon!
